The Wellness Guesthouse Štyri Lipy (Four Limes) is situated at the crossroads of several popular hiking trails in the Veľká Fatra mountain range. It has an ideal location for hiking to Ploská, Čierny kameň, Borišov, Krížna, or the highest peak of Veľká Fatra – Ostredok. The nearby area offers not only mountain hikes but also plenty of other interesting attractions. Within walking distance of 30 minutes from the guesthouse, you can find two waterfalls, grazing sheep, beautiful meadows full of herbs, as well as spruce, beech, or mixed forests full of mushrooms and game. The surroundings also offer great opportunities for cycling, fly fishing, or mountain biking.

In winter, you are in the midst of a fairytale nature that offers opportunities for cross-country skiing, winter tourism, and ski touring, directly from the courtyard. Two large ski resorts (Donovaly and Malinô Brdo) are only about a 30-minute drive away, and you can reach Jasná in less than an hour. Moreover, there are also several village ski resorts (Liptovská Lúžna, Smrekovica, …) in the vicinity.

The location of the guesthouse is advantageous for exploring the Liptov region.

Comfort

We strive to provide our guests with above-standard comfort in at least a three-star standard. However, we are not a hotel and do not have such ambitions. Rather, we aim for the satisfaction of our guests.

All rooms are equipped with their own shower and toilet. The beds are box-spring type and have a higher hotel standard from the Materasso company. The kitchens are of high quality and spacious. Heating is provided by underfloor heating and a Viessmann heat pump, which does not burden the environment with emissions and dust. Liquid waste is treated in our treatment plant, contributing to the overall environmentally friendly operation of our facility.
