wellness guesthouse Štyri Lipy is located on the upper side of a picturesque village of Liptovské Revúce – in the valley called Zelenô (Green valley). It is built in the heart of Slovakia, surrounded by Veľká Fatra mountain range, on the bank of Lopušný creek. The guesthouse belongs to us – Hulla family. We arrived here first as tourists and – we fell in love with Liptov. Later on we bought the old log house in the village and started to spend weekends here. We used an opportunity and bought another older house in 2015. That started the idea of comfortable guesthouse. We liked the concept of private wellness, which is still not common in Liptov and Slovakia. We performed really in-depth reconstruction in years 2016 and 2017.

Location and equipment of the guesthouse assure a pleasant and comfortable stay on a quiet place with many possibilities of mountain tourism or “just” for more and more sought after relax of stress of the daily life.

The ground floor consists of three independent rooms with their own private bathrooms and shared kitchen with dining area. This also serves as a passage to the private wellness. There is an apartment on the first floor which has its own kitchen, dining area, spacious bathroom and two bedrooms.

Private wellness is another topic to talk about. It is equipped with panoramic windows that provide beautiful view to four limes (“Štyri lipy”) and ravening stream of Lopušný potok. Wellness is our real highlight. It offers incomparable comfort and privacy, which are both hard to find in public aquaparks.

There is a free parking space for 4 – 5 cars directly by the guesthouse, which is quite exceptional in the mountainous village. We also provide charging point for electric cars.

Just 7 minutes walk from the guesthouse is a grocery store as well as traditional pub. Only one more minute more of walking is a restaurant Horec offering daily meals and pizza as well as delivery. 

The “green” concept of the guesthouse is underscored by sewage wastewater bio-treatment, heating by heat-pump, usage of the own water spring for wastewater, solar PV panels for water heating, regular cleaning of the stream and readiness for e-mobility.
